Yeah, Tsucchi and hat hair doesn't bear thinking about. He could always fan it back into shape?
I don't like the art style of the manga, so I've never read it - are the second season characters even in it? But he was sort of awkward and unfinished all round at that point, not just the hair, since it's usually some variation on that style. Oh well. He's still pretty. ^_^
