The short version: Shizuku and Tomine peak at the same time, with different results. You can read that however you want and you'll probably be right.

Some sort of personal post to follow over the weekend, probably, but for now, here's an overdue review. The short version: the Taiyo Beer crowd give me warm fuzzies, Tomine really needs to wear a bib, Robert makes a lousy agony uncle and Shizuku looks gorgeous when he goes ballistic.

So much better than the previous episode that I can't even begin to tell you how. The short version: Tomine is crazy, Maki is evil, Miyabi is cute, Shizuku is criminally pretty and his father is a warped, manipulative puppetmaster.

This took me forever to write! I deserve some cake now. ^_^

Disclaimer: I've only read a couple of chapters of the manga and I know absolutely nothing about wine, so my reviews are based solely on whatever happens in the drama. If I screw up with the terminology somewhere, feel free to set me straight.

The final episode! I could cheerfully watch it all over again. I know it wasn't to everyone's taste, whether they were Kame fans or not, but I loved it.

(This will be my last review until the next time Jin and/or Kame acts in a drama, as I don't feel inclined to go back and do old ones.)

I know I'm running rather late with these reviews, but I'm almost there!

I'm nearly done with 1PG reviews now, and that makes me very sad. I shall miss my crazy, cracky, Kame-filled drama!

This one's a bit later than usual as I only downloaded the hardsub this morning. It'll also be my last review for about a month, because I doubt I'll get a chance to watch episode 7 before I leave on Friday, 8 I'll watch on TV in Japan the night I arrive, and 9 I'll miss because I'll be on my way back from a TOKIO concert. So it'll be a while, okay? That said, on with the show.

Everything I said about the fourth episode? Double it for this one. Absolutely amazing.

I loved this episode so much I want to marry it and force it to make me pancakes in the morning.

[livejournal.com profile] maya_morning is persuading me to join in the Akame fic wave, with a little snippet in every post. However, as this is a drama review I don't think it's appropriate to start here. Next time, ne?

It's been a slightly frustrating day and even watching Kame impersonate a fish did not calm me down, so I'm off to watch Die Hard 4 with Dad. Hopefully, watching people getting shot and blown up will have its usual soothing effect on me. I'll be back for some serious fangirling and Japan planning later, but till then...enjoy the review!

The second episode was even crazier than the first, but just as fabulous. ^_^

I had such fun reviewing Yukan Club that I've decided to do it all again with One Pound Gospel! Because 1PG actually airs on Saturdays, however, and that's when I write reviews, I'm not bothering to include the preview in my write-up as the episode will been shown already. (And naturally, the 'Obligatory Jin commentary' is now the 'Obligatory Kame commentary'.)

Disclaimer: I know nothing about boxing and even less about nuns, so if I screw up with terminology somewhere, feel free to set me straight.
